This is a sole source procurement with GBI Cinncinnati Inc. However, all responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be evaluated. 

Firm Fixed Price contract. (IAW SOW) for NAICS Code: 611519, Product Service Code: U006 to provide training to the workforce.
