1. Revist the evlauation criteria within 52.212-2 by removing Past performance as an evaluation factor to better align with the LPTA approach. Past performance may still be reviewed by the Governemnt as part of the responsibility determination. Please see Soliciation Amendment- FA468626QS0080003 CO Signed for revised verbiage.

2. As a result of this amenment, the response due date for quotes has been pushed to 11 March 2026 by 10 AM PST.
