This construction project is a firm fixed price Design-Build (DB) construction contract for the construction of a Water Treatment Plant Annex facility at Naval Support Facility Deveselu, Romania. The requirement includes the following: 1. New construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) to house a small administrative office, a small chemical laboratory workbench, a stand-alone hazardous chemical storage facility, an industrial pre-fabricated wash pad, and a restroom; 2.Modifications/repairs to the existing ultra-filtration building due to corroding equipment and structure from the chemicals contained within the building. Repairs include replacing and relocating ultra-filtration and chemical dosing pumps and all associated equipment; and 3.
