1. There is now an attachment labeled "Annual Schedule Breakdown for CLINs" this is for a more detailed breakdown of yearly sampling schedule and the CLIN structure. This is the most current schedule but is still subject to change. Those changes could happen at a later date via an amendment or modification.

The Government requires a state certified laboratory to analyze the Holloman AFB drinking water samples required by the State of New Mexico and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The contractor shall provide sampling analysis services required for the Holloman AFB Drinking Water Program. This analysis will be conducted as indicated on the Sampling Plan to include monthly, weekly, quarterly, annually, and other requirements, as well as, non-routine sampling or other required sampling requested by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or the State of New Mexico.
