The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center-Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) has a requirement to procure two Varimax-40 systems, one associated ECI Control Panel, and installation of the components at Ft. Stewart, GA. ERDC-CERL intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to E3 Solutions, LLC in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). E3 (Effective Efficient Evaporation) Solutions LLC is the only source capable of fulfilling the government’s requirement.
