Amendment 1 adds the Agreements Officer as an additional contracting point of contact and extends the deadline for questions and solution brief submittals. Due to a lapse in appropriations, many government personnel are furloughed and questions or solution briefs submitted prior to this amendment may not be accessible. 
* *Any questions or solution briefs submitted before Amendment 1 must be resumitted to include the Agreements Officer in order to be considered.**
