N66604-24-R-0110 Amendment 0001

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to N66604-24-R-0110 is to:

1. Revise the Instructions to Offerors to remove the requirement for Offerors requesting the Confidential WEB Kit and WEB Cable Kit Contract Baseline Technical Data Package (TDP) to complete Attachment #5, Terms of Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

2. Revise Section M to correct an error.

3. Revise Section L to correct an error.

All other Terms and Conditions of solicitation N66604-24-R-0110 remain unchanged.
