Walker TnT Thin and Hand Pile

SCOPE OF CONTRACT

This firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract requires tree thinning and hand piling services for silvicultural purposes to increase tree health, vigor, and and to help create conditions that will lower the intensity of potential wildfires. 

Areas will be treated by hand thinning, hand piling, lopping, and scattering of slash as described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and as detailed in attached unit maps. 

Tree thinning will be accomplished by cutting less desirable tree species and retaining those that exhibit good growth characteristics such as vigorous growth, no signs of disease, and good position in the canopy. The technical specifications contained .... Read More
