NOTE: Due to technical issues with the new Army Contract Writing System (ACWS), a system generated SF30 amendment 0005 cannot be issued at this time for W912HN25BA021. Once this system issue is resolved, the attached memo will serve as an official amendment 0005 for W912HN26BA 021.

There are no Technical or Contract Drawings changes with this amendment.

Amendment 0001 is to extend the due date for bids, and the bid-conference meeting via teams. Amendment 0001 also adds the drawings and specs.  Please note that the solicitation # has changed to W912HN26B0001 due to the change from the previous contract writing system to a new contract writing system. However, for continuity, solicitation # W912HNBA021 will still be utilized for this solicitation.
