he purpose of this Solicitation, Amendment 0002 is to provide the following:

1. Provide the answers to the Offeror's questions received in response to the solicitation issued on 30 March 2026.
2. The proposal submission date will remain the same - Monday, 20 April 2026 at 1:00 PM CST.
3. All other solicitation terms and conditions will remain the same. 

Amendment 0001, dateed 6 Apr 2026: the purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date  from 13 April 2026 to 20 April 2026 at 01:00 PM EST.
