Virtual Reality Emergency Training VRET

U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Medical Services (MED) is seeking a Contractor to provide a Virtual Reality Emergency Training (VRET) Program through a software-based application coupled with Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) capability that includes, but is not limited to, a visual screen or display, and state-of-the-art sound, eye or head motion-tracking sensors and/or cameras that will be utilized worldwide for emergency training management to meet the needs of the Diplomatic community.
