The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation/Northrop Grumman Marine Systems, in accordance with RFO 6.103-1, for a Firm Fixed Price contract to perform repairs on SSTG No. 1 and No. 2 onboard a Virigina Class Submarine.
