NSWCCD intends to use other than full and open competition to award a Cost-Plus Incentive-Fee (CPIF) contract to Collins Aerospace. The contractual actions outlined within this Justification and Approval (J&A) will provide the material, manufacturing, assembly, and delivery for IAH MAF.
