The Government intends to issue, on a Sole Source basis, a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Viasat Inc., 13135 Winged Foot LN Germantown, Maryland 20874-2899, in an effort to procure pedestal/antenna upgrade components and services in support of the Atlantic Test Range (ATR) Aircraft Signature & Avionics Measurement Branch (ASAM).
