The contractor shall schedule and perform a construction task for the replacement ofthe existing heating boiler systems in Building 105 at the Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Harrison Twp. MI. The Contractor will providecomplete and operable boiler systems at Building 105. The replacement boilers shall be high efficiency condensing boilers with stainless steel heatexchangers. The offered boilers shall be in accordance with The Selfridge ANG Base Design Standards. The installation and replacement shallinclude but is not limited to all piping connections, combustion air and venting, power connections, boiler pumps, hot water pumps, and system startupand validation.
