Amendment is to update the scope for vendors to provide quote based on two charter survey date options.  The expectation is providing two options to charter in either July/August 2025 OR April/May of 2026.   Only one time frame will be selected after award for total of 10 consecutive sea days.   If there are different pricing for each, please provide that in your response.
