This was a contract modification to the current contract FA857121D0003 under Justification and Approval document under authority FAR 6.302-1 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract action incorporated eight additional part numbers to support the F-35 Program Office for Versatile Diagnostic Automatic Test Systems (VDATS) mission requirements. the contract is Firm Fixed Price.
