The purpose Amendment 0001 is to publish questions and answers for Solicitation W519TC26QA141.

1. Question: When may the contractor invoice? The PWS says the Government assumes ownership when an item is removed from the cabinet, but it also says the contractor may invoice after stocking. 

Answer: The contractor shall invoice monthly, stated in section 6.3 in the PWS. “The Contractor shall submit invoices for approval and payment on a monthly basis. The contractor’s monthly invoice may include cost incurred from multiple visits within the month” which will be invoiced through Defense Finance and Accounting (DFAS) .... Read More
