This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for various fabrics required to support UNICOR’s production of inmate clothing at the Federal Correctional Institution located in Oakdale, LA. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
