Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is issuing this solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for the procurement of a brand-name TESCOM Valve/Regulator, Pressure, 1/2" SAE Ports, DWG 26-1064-18-866, P/N 26-1064-18-866. This Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) requirement is for the delivery of the exact TESCOM-manufactured component specified. No substitutions or alternate products will be accepted.

This acquisition is being conducted as a brand-name requirement in accordance with FAR 11.105. The TESCOM part is the only item that meets the technical, dimensional, and performance characteristics required for compatibility with existing shipyard systems.
