Exception is taken to this requirement solicitation SPRTA1-26-Q-0444 for PR 26-00988 of the synopsis publicizing IAW with FAR 5.101(b)(i)(B), exception:

(i)Is for an amount not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.

(ii)Will be made through a means that provides access to the notice ofproposed contract action through the GPE.

(iii)Permits the public to respond to the solicitation electronically.
