Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5— Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is releasing this request for quotation (RFQ), i.e., solicitationin an effort to procure OCC Hotel Occupancy for Conferencing and Lodging (HOCL) Support to the Uniform Commission Examination (UCE) Program. As a reminder, Quoters must comply with the base rate and fringe benefit rate requirements of the prevailing Wage Determinations, where applicable, as proposed.
