V-22 Infrastructure and Lab Support

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275) intends to negotiate and issue a new Delivery Order to Raytheon Company on a sole source basis under Raytheon Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-25-G-0009. The V-22 program (PMA-275) requires engineering, management, technical, acquisition and sustainment efforts for facilitation of the Software Support activities.  These activities are required for the sustainment of previously delivered Block Fleet Releases, ongoing development of flight test and fleet releases and analysis leading to implementation of future Sustainment Block Fleet Releases for the V-22 avionics systems.  This effort includes providing engineering, management, and technical sustainment efforts for the on-site V-22 ....
