The project begins at the intersection of Utah State Route 39 and Causey Road, located approximately 10.5 miles east of Huntsville, Utah. The project includes improvements along Causey Road, Wheat Grass Canyon Road, and Skull Crack Road.
The project is in rolling terrain within the elevation ranging from 5464.75 to 5779.21 feet.
