Purpose of Amendment
The purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes:

• Delete specific ICN from the requirement package
• Page 3: Amend Section B to adjust the number of bundled ICNs for CLIN0001 and update the growth CLIN percentage for CLIN0002
• Page 36: Amend Section J to revise Attachment (2)

a. Solicitation N6264926R0011, issued on 05/29/2026, is hereby amended as follows:

The following ICN is deleted in their entirety from the requirement package:

• No.03 - ICN 38E9312316R_00_A01

This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3).

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Sasebo intends to issue a competitive solicitation, N6264926R0011, for SRA 7C1 of USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan. USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) is tentatively scheduled in calendar year 2027 (FY27) for 7C1 to be performed at a Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan.
