The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-25-R-4406 for the execution of the USS PEARL HARBOR (LSD 52) and USS O'KANE (DDG 77), planned for fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Docking Selected Restricted Availabilities (DSRA) on a Coast-Wide (West Coast) basis.
