USS O'Kane DDG-77 Removal and Disposal of Fuel

The purpose of this amendment 01 is to:

1. Add to PWS that the fuel being offloaded is microbially contaminated. Tank Group 6 returned a result of 3 colonies, equating to approximately 12,000 CFU/L. The composite sample did not show visible microbial activity; however, presence of biological growth is confirmed in the individual tank group. The lab completed a full B-1 analysis on the OKN samples. Most parameters are within spec. Notable observations include Particulates trending high at 8.7 mg/L (fail point is 10 mg/L).
