(1) to reopen the solicitation with the extended closing date of 19 August 2026 at 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST); and
(2) to revise Period of Performance (POP) from 9 November 2026 through 15 December 2026 to 23 November 2026 through 10 December 2026.
All other information remains unchanged.
