The purpose of this solicitation amendment 0003 is as follows:

(1) to cancel CLIN 0001 USS MCCAMPBELL (DDG-85) Emergent Maintenance (6EM) (TGI: 38CGA24101A01/T08) per the requesting activity's request.

(2) to replace CLIN 0002 USS MCCAMPBELL (DDG-85) Continuous Maintenance (6CM) with CLIN 0001.

(3) to extend the solicitation closing date to 20 April 2026 at 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST) to provide additional time for the offerors.
