USS IWO JIMA (LHD 7) FY26 Selected Restricted Availability (SRA)

BAE Systems Maritime Solutions, Norfolk, Virginia, is awarded a $204,160,189, firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract action for maintenance, modernization and repair of USS IWO JIMA (LHD 7) Fiscal Year 2026 Selected Restricted Availability (SRA). The scope of this acquisition includes all labor, supervision, equipment, production, testing, facilities, and quality assurance necessary to prepare for and accomplish the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Availability for critical modernization, maintenance, and repair programs.

This contract includes options, which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $255,879,128 (inclusive of the delivery incentive).

This contract was competitively procured using full and open competition via PIEE. Competitive proposals were received in response to Solicitation N00024-25-R-4405. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

A0004: The purpose of this amendment is as follows: (1) incorporate Errata 3 to Att. J-1 Work Package; (2) update Att. J-3, J-4, J-8, J-9, and J-10; (3) release responses to Gate 3 Bidders Questions and provide responses to Response Pending items from Gate 1 and Gate 2; (4) update Section C 1.2.12 Steam Plant Stakeholder Meetings; and (5) update Section L.V.4 correcting the ship from USS AMERICA to USS IWO JIMA.
