USS Delbert D. Black (DDG 119) FY27 Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA)

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issues solicitation N00024-26-R-4418 for the execution of the USS DELBERT D. BLACK (DDG 119) FY27 Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). This availability include all labor, supervision, facilities, equipment, production, testing and quality assurance necessary to prepare for and accomplish the CNO Availability. The CNO Availability will require highly capable contractors with substantial facilities, including dry dock, pier and human resources capable of completing, coordinating and integrating multiple areas of ship maintenance, repair and modernization of an Arleigh Burke-class (DDG) Aegis guided missile destroyer class ship for the United States Navy. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-26-R-4418 for the execution of the USS Delbert D. Black (DDG 119) Fiscal Year (FY27) Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA) availability.  Upon a contractor’s completion of this Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Availability, the ship shall be capable of carrying out its respective mission with a reasonable expectation of maintaining a satisfactory condition of readiness until the next CNO-scheduled depot Availability.?  

The USS Delbert D. Black (DDG 119) FY27 DSRA, will be approximately 10 months, beginning in June 2027 and completing in April 2028.
