Prepare for and accomplish the regular overhaul and dry docking of the USNS LEROY GRUMMAN (T-AO 195) as specified in the solicitation and in accordance with the work item package. The anticipated period of performance is 20 January 2027 to 20 June 2027. The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor’s facility. Due to operational and national security availability considerations, the location shall be East/Gulf Coast. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
