USDA FS R2 7 EA RLS Upfit Pkgs w/Installation - AWARD NOTICE

This was awarded from a synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  The announcement constituted the only solicitation; quotes were being requested and a written solicitation was not issued. Fourteen (14) quotes were received.  The decision was made to award to the vendor who had the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable quote.  It is considered the Best Value to the Government in terms of the factors stated.
