This is not a solicitation. This is a notice of intent to issue a BPA Call in accordance with FAR 13.303 and USDA policy (PGI 413.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs)). The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a call against BPA 12639520A0038 for Binary Explosive which to be used in various applications such as, but not limited to: • 1/2lb binary mix are used in smaller culverts.
