USCG Borinquen Refuse and Recycling

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, effective October 1, 2025.

This solicitation is issued as a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562111.  The small business size standard is $47m.
