The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required for  the removal of the existing TPO roof membrane on a roughly 5,000 square foot flat roof, inspection and conditional replacement of the wood underlayment (up to a 10% allowance), and the installation of a new TPO roof membrane system at USCG Base Portsmouth.
