The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) through its Mission in Vietnam (USAID/Vietnam), is soliciting proposals from qualified US small business offerors interested in providing the services described in the attached solicitation. The Activity seeks to support USAID/Vietnam staff and partners to become more efficient, effective, and transparent in achieving program results through the use of evidence, performance management techniques, and CLA practices.
