The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal submission due date to Wednesday. September 9, 2026. 

*****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************This is a combined solicitation for commerical services prepared in accordance with the format in Seubpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information, utilizing FAR 13 acquisition procedures, including in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and no other request for proposals will be issued.  This solicitation sets forth requirements for proposals for a contract to provide landscaping and grounds maintenance services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).  Futher details regarding this solicitation shall be found in the solicitation attachments.

This is a DRAFT Synopsis Solicitation utilizing FAR Part 12/13. Potential Offerors are encouraged to review the attached the DRAFT SF1449 for details. The Potentional Offer may submit questions, comments, recommendations, business size regarding this draft RFP as well as its intent to bid, no later thand 8:00am, August 7, 2026. The anticipated publish date for the official RFP is August 9, 2026. All Potentional Offerors are encouraged to add the entity's name to the interest vendors list.
