The Mission and Installation Contracting Command- Fort Bragg (MICC-FB) has a requirement to procure a non-personal service for Directorate of Human Resource Services (DHR). Services include to provide Defense Enrollment and Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)/ Real Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) Common Access Card (CAC) support services for the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
