SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION:

This combined synopsis/solicitation is expected to result in the award of a (5) five year, pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Water Testing & Analysis IAW Attch 1 – PWS 18 March 2026. The Period of Performance (POP) will commence upon contract award and last for five years, or until the BPA ceiling is reached, whichever comes first.
