USAFRICOM Dedicated Passenger Air Charter Service

The purpose of this synopsis is to notify interested parties that the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Acquisition (AQ) office anticipates the issuance of a solicitation for dedicated passenger air charter services (DPACS) within the U.S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM) and U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) Areas of Responsibility (AORs). The requirement includes providing one primary fixed-wing aircraft based at Stuttgart Army Airfield (SAAF) or Stuttgart International Airport, Germany, and surge fixed-wing aircraft capability deployable within 15 days of request.
