The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) requires design-bid-build (DBB) construction services to be performed in support of the Natomas Reach I Contract 2 (RIC2) at Sacramento, California (CA). The project supports the American River Common Features (ARCF), Natomas Basin Project, located within the great Sacramento region of California.
