The New York District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3691 square feet of usable square feet of commercial office space and parking for four (8) vehicles and located within a one-quarter mile radius of Wall Street aka State Street, Schenectady, New York. The office space must have a secondary egress. Lessor must use the Government form of lease.
