US AIR FORCE RECRUITING STATION - 518 GSF office space located in a retail plaza

The New York District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 518 square feet of usable square feet of commercial office space and parking for one (1) vehicles and located within a one-quarter mile radius of Northway Plaza, Queensbury, New York. The office space must have a secondary egress. Lessor must use the Government form of lease.
