Registration should be sent via email to amber.sampson@usda.gov with the title “12805B24R0029 Second Site Visit Registration,” include the name(s) of those attending, along with company information. The background check must follow the procedures identified in “Attachment 4 - 12805B24R0029 Site Visit Information” and “Attachment 5 - Fillable Site Visit Visitor Application.” Contractors must be registered and complete background check to attend the site visit. If Contractors are not registered, or they have not completed the background check, they will not be permitted on the site visit.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Office has a requirement for Upgrades to the Central Utility Plant (CUP) Boiler and Chiller Water Treatment System at Manhattan, KS – NBAF. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and perform all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the road repair construction.  In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
