The Contractor shall provide Construction services to complete a construction project at Richard
L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center (RLR VAMC) in accordance with the A/E Design,
Drawings, Specification, and this Scope of Work. The purpose of this project is to identify and
correct multiple façade deficiencies located in Building 1 of The Richard L. Roudebush VA
Medical Center (RLB VAMC) 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis IN 46202.
