This is to provide site visit information and update conditions of U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements. Provide all material and labor required to upgrade central chiller plant and DDC controls in Building 5A of the Long Beach VA campus, to comply with the latest codes and VA standards.
