The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeks to enter into a contract for up to 60-month lease of three (3) Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), accessories and office document devices (hereafter collectively referred to as ?devices?) within OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (OCONUS) ?
