Universal Modular Mast (UMM) Award Notice

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) awarded contract N00024-26-C-6205 to L3 Technologies, Inc. for the production, fabrication, testing, engineering, and logistic support of the Universal Modular Mast (UMM) Systems. This firm-fixed-price (FFP), cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) and cost type contract was negotiated on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.103-1(b).
