The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Non Commercial Supplies on a Sole Source Basis from Macrolink, Inc.
The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106.
